NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN UPDATE

Our preparation of the village Neighbourhood Plan enables all Stewkley residents to have their say on the future of the village over the next 20 years. When completed and supported by more than 50% in a referendum, Aylesbury Vale District Council are obliged to take account of the plan when considering any future planning applications.

TIMESCALE

• Research and consultation – ongoing to the end of August
• Working Groups report their conclusions to Steering Group September
• Steering Group prepares the plan for submission to Parish Council – by November
