  9. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Tuesday 2nd April 2024.

    • a)  To approve the May payment run as circulated.
    • b)  To approve the Year End Accounts to 31st March and, the Accounts to 30th April 2024 as circulated.
    • c)  To note the Annual Internal Audit Report 2023/24 conducted by W J Marshall on Tues 9th April 2024
    • d)  To approve and sign the Section 1 Annual Governance Statement for the Y/E 31st March 2024
    • e)  To approve and sign the Section 2 Accounting Statements for the year ended 31st March 2024
    • f)  To note the dates Monday 3rd June – Friday 12th July 2024 for the Notice of Public Rights and Publication of Unaudited Annual Governance and Accountability Return
  13. Recreation Ground: to report on any matters for the Council’s attention.
  14. 2024 Best Kept Village competition: to receive any updates and agree next steps.
  15. Highways, Footpaths, and Lighting: to report on any matters.
  16. Community Projects: to provide any updates on current projects.
