  4. To receive an update from the Buckinghamshire Unitary Councillor, Phil Gomm.
  5. To receive an update from the Clerk on Parish Matters.
  6. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Monday 4th December 2023.
  7. Planning: To discuss planning applications and make recommendations of any planning applications received after this agenda is published, if urgent. 23/03785/APP – STEWKLEY Land Off Wing Road, Stewkley – Erection of stables (retrospective) and alteration to roof
  8. Enforcement Issues
    To report on any issues and receive updates, if not already covered off in the Clerk’s update.

    1. a)  To approve the January payment run as circulated.
    2. b)  To approve the Accounts to 31st December 2023 as circulated.
    3. c)  To agree the 2024/25 PC budget as circulated.
    4. d)  To agree the 2024/25 precept figure as circulated.
  10. Annual review and approval of the Parish Council Financial and Management Risk Assessment
  11. Adoption of new Biodiversity policy
  12. To agree to action a revision of the Stewkley Neighbourhood Plan and to request the clerk applies for a Locality grant to cover the costs.
  13. Recreation Ground: to report on any matters for the Council’s attention.
  14. Highways, Footpaths, and Lighting: to report on any matters.
  15. To reports on any meetings of interest attended on behalf of the Parish Council.
  16. To agree the date of the next PC meeting – Monday 5th February 2024 at 7.30pm
