5. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Monday 7th November 2022
6. Planning: To discuss planning applications and make recommendations of any planning applications received after this agenda is published, if urgent.
7. Enforcement Issues
   To report on any issues and receive updates
8. Finance
   • To agree the December payment run as circulated
   • To agree the Accounts to 31st October 2022 as circulated
   • To agree to appoint John Marshall as Internal Auditor to the Council
9. The Swan Public House
   Cllrs to approve the PC applying to list The Swan Public House as an Asset of Community Value
10. King’s Coronation
    To discuss and agree whether the Parish Council would like to plan an event for the Coronation of His Majesty, King Charles III, sometime over the May 2023 bank holiday weekend
11. To consider a request for Community Funding from the “Save The Swan” Action group
12. To agree the 2023 PC Meeting dates schedule as circulated by the Clerk
13. Jubilee Garden: To receive any updates
14. Recreation Ground: to report on any matters for the Council’s attention
15. Highways, Footpaths, and Lighting: to report on any matters
16. Wildlife Reserve: to report on any matters
17. To report on meetings attended on behalf of the Parish Council
