- To agree to the additional change requested by the independent examiner and supported by the NP steering group (page 23) to clarify that materials approved for developments are decided by the Local Planning Authority not be the Parish council

To discuss and agree next steps in relation to whether the open space is to be adopted by the PC or retained and managed by the estate management company
